Levi's India — No refund after return of the product | |||
I had requested for return of the product on 8th June, 2021. I have received an email dated 8th June, 2021 informing me that my request for return of the product has been accepted vide Return Order Number is INDR1031763. Accordingly, I have received a SMS from Delhivery on 9th June, 2021 informing me that the Levis Strauss package with AWB[protected] will be picked up. The said package was picked up from my place by Delivery executive on 11th June, 2021. However, again I have received a message from Delivery Agent on 18th June, 2021 that they would come to pick up the package and I had also received a call from the executive on 18th June, 2021 at about 05:15 pm. I have informed the Delivery executive that the package has already been picked up for return on 11th June, 2021. Thereafter I received the email dated 18th June, 2021 from you stating that the pick up of the package will be rescheduled. As the package has been picked up on 11th June, 2021 there is no question of picking up the package again. kindly let me know the further process of return. Its more than a month that my package has been picked up and till date no refund is initiated. Was this information helpful? | |||
