Levi's India — No Refund

Order No- IND[protected], jeans purchased from ONLINE LEVI'S STORE. After 8-9 days of returning the order, I didn’t get my REFUND.
After several time email & complaints, I didn't get any response from Levi's Customers side.
From a reputed company like LEVI'S, i didn’t expect this kind of cheating/fraudulent things.
Hopeless!!!
Refund my amount ASAP...
