[Resolved] Lg Electronics — 55 inch tv purchase on november 2015

I am venkata raga sireesha purchased tv with 1, 65, 000 with in 1.5 years remote has been faulty thrice in which 1st time they had replaced with out a ticket and next time they had replaced with ticket
We are not able to use tv with out remote and they are asking to purchase remote with 1500 with out providing details on why remote is faulty in earlier times
We had 3 days leave where we are not able to use tv as family for which we need penal charges as lg is not able to respond with in 48 to 72 hrs
