Respected sir,
I submitted my mobile on 13/11/2018. After 36 days i can't get satisfied answer. Your customers care executives, supervisor (Mr. Amar prajapati sir), your area manager (Mr. Manish sir) gave me different different ridiculous answer. I dont know where i call you, mail you so i can get fully confirm answer. I also mail you but i cant get even reply from your side. Very bad experience till now from all the sections of lg customer care department. If you dont want to do this than please tell me we can't. But font tell me please give me 5 days we will sort out. I am jist filled annoying from this answer till last 36 days. Its not about money its about our relation and trust with lg. Surely i never recommended this company to anyone. All d department of customers service are so careless...

why we dont respond Please take action against lg and resolve the issue.
