[Resolved] LG Electronics — AC Not working | |
My AC is not working since two months and as many as 7 technicians attended so far and even it was taken to the service center but still the complaint remain unsettled. Are you penalising the customer for having bought LG AC. Never have I come across such a situation either with Godrej, Lloyds, Samsung or any other brands. What is the delay /and why is the service team so poor to to rectify the complaint. The customer care never discloses the identity or location as it is a policy matter but why is the service so poor to satisfy the customer? Was this information helpful? | |
