[Resolved] LG Electronics — ac repair taken to warehouse and not returned | |||
My lg ac was taken for repair by s. N enterprise kolkata on 6th june. Ever since then i have been trying to reach out to these people to check on the status. They have not been answering properly. Every year the condenser of this air conditioner needs to be changed. I have paid 40000 for the ac plus additional 12000 for amc not to suffer in summers every year. The product definitely has manufacturing defect else why would the condenser have to be replaced every year. It has been more than 20 days since the ac has been taken by lg's authorized partner sn enterprise kolkata and they have been misbehaving with me on enquiring about the update on progress. I raised a complaint with lg as well and now the representatives of customer care named arun and monisha are just playing around giving false hopes that the complaint has been escalated while nothing of this sort has happened so far.
