Its been just 6 months we purchased Air Conditioner and it is malfunctioning ... 2 times we had to repair and change the parts. Customer Service is just Pathetic they only keep saying we are reviewing the complaint and get the needful done. LG shows to be brand in reality it is a worst experience for me where I feel cheated within 6 months ... Paid to get value for money however it turned into disaster where I am struggling to get the warranty clause use with 6 months ... Is this called services for money ? Absolutely, not worst experience.
Pls look into this and I would urge folks not to fall prey for LG products !!!
