[Resolved]  LG Electronics — AMC for washing machine

The AMC contract for all other products includes a periodic service, atleast twice / year during the AMC period, but LG AMC fro washing machines, is not providing periodic maintenance checks, but mandating the customer to bookfor a service based on need.
As periodic maintenance is essential to ensure trouble free working condition for the product; without it the AMC seems to be meaningless; or else it has to be charged on the basis of insurance-charges if its covering only the eventualities occuring during the product life-cycle.
