[Resolved] LG Electronics — Bad product and very bad Service | |
Very Very Very bad customer service They can't handle a customer compliant properly Although they solved the problem on my TV several times it backs a gain there's no escalation process there's no proper lead time to close the compliant UP TILL NOW THE TV IS DEFECTED AND NO ONE CARE OR EVEN REPLY ME, THEY RETURN IT BACK TO THE TECHNICAL CENTER AND BRING IT TO ME AFTER THIS CONTAINS THE SAME ORIGINAL DEFECT WITH SOME OTHER EXTRA DEFECTS Was this information helpful? | |
