[Resolved] LG Electronics — Bad response for amc | |||
In 2012 I bought an LG 50 inch tv. On dealers advice I took an AMC upto aug 2017 for about 17k which will cover the panel also. This month it developed some problem and the panel is gone. I was promised that i will get it done soon Now I am told by their service engineer that I will get 15 to 20k worth of their product since the panel is not available! Just atrocious. Even for that I have to produce the bill or execute an affidavit. They also required me to show my AMC since they have too many customers!
