[Resolved] LG Electronics — Careless attitude of employees | |
I had purchased a lg washing machine 8kg top load from pranav electronic Ltd store Delhi on 22 July 2020. Employees who were to install machine were given the time between 9am to 10am. Since I am a working person I am not free 24/7 for the installation of the machine. The time was mentioned to the employees 2 days in advance so as to avoid any delay. However the casual attitude and inefficiency shown by your employees, which was not expected they could not care of even informing the customer about delay. Upon asking petty excuses were given, I hereby request you to take action against such conduct. The machine isnot yet installed after 4 days of purchase . The whatsapp no given for redressal is not responding. Had I known, LG customers are so badly treated by your ground staff, I would have never bought LG product. This is case of total disregard to customers who are taken for a ride by I'll trained and non professional attitude staff. The least I am now expecting an e mail of your CEO to take matter further.
