LG Electronics — cashback not received | |||
I had transaction of rs 26994 on 24 sep 2017 at lg electronics. At that time i was told i will get cashback of 5% on icici bank credit card and no interest and processing fee will be charges on emi conversion. Now i havent got any cashback till now and interest is getting charged on all my emis. Could you please look into this. I have complained about my Washing Machine at LG Costumer care no on 06/11/2017. However I am not getting any proper service till date. company sent their technician twice but the could not solve my problem. I have complained many time to costumer care.
