LG Electronics — cheap quality and poor after sales service of lg microwaves

I purchased lg charcoal oven last june 2016. I had used it only very few times since then. Now it is not working. Last month, i was trying to reheat the food and found it is taking more than the usual time. But i never expected that it is the starting of some serious problem. After a couple of days i found that it is not at all heating up the food. I put a complaint to lg and their technician came and told that the front control panel is faulty and has to be changed. The amount he told was 5000. I was really upset that within one year of purchase it is not working and saying that it is out of warranty just by a couple of days since i was late to register the complaint. I requested them to help me since it is not a problem caused by me but the poor quality of the machine. Since there is no response from them i dont know what to do. I have spend a huge amount for this oven. I trusted lg due to their supposed quality of products but now i feel duped. Expecting help regarding this issue. Thanking you.
