[Resolved]  LG Electronics — cheating customers by giving fake promises

I have purchased a new tv model number 44um7780 in bangalore unilet store
Invoice number is :[protected]
While purchasing there was mentioned as paytm coupons for old tv
The person who came to installation also said the same thing and he took details of my old tv and he said he will be calling back to exchange till today no one has called regarding this and lg people is mentioned they will give paytm coupons for old tv.
Cheating customers by false commitment.

It's been 2 weeks of purchase of tv.
Till today no one has called regarding my old tv exchange cashback.
I complained 5 days before for lg till now i didn't get any response from lg side.
Please help me through this.
