LG Electronics — cheating customers creating fake loan ids

I didn't take any tv from there showroom but without my permission they have creating bajaj finanserve emi and theu have used my account number and phone number and given tv to someone and everymonth they have deducting my money from account and i am harresed by many calls and messages to pay emi amount but i didn't take any loan they have deducted almost 15000 rupess plz clear this problem and refund my money as soon as possible plz
