I have bought my AC last year in June 12, 2021 from Rajesh Trading Company from Pune. since past few day its not cooling at all, so I have raised one request a week ago, here is my request number: RNP[protected] which is still under progressing.
A technician came 5-6 days ago, did some checkup and said you have to pay gas refilling charges 3500 rs. so we showed him warranty card which clearly stated that AC gas refilling would be under warranty. but he refused and left without any solution.
So we again called customer care numbers so many times and after lots of calls and messages, they finally assigned 2nd technician today. He visited and inspected that our copper wire is damaged due to short circuits.
Then, we schedules a service for reinstallation and confirmed the pricing with customer care number on whatsapp and call. Now both the pricing was different. That technican gave us wrong estimation for copper wire as 880 while website is saying 850, customer care people saying 1180 for reinstallation while website says 1000.
Morever I have warranty for gas refilling and still one technician asking for 3000 and another 3800. Well one customer care person says its including and another said you have to pay.
Could anyone help me with that? why is the different estimation from different people? and what is the use of warranty card if we have to pay cost anyhow? Was this information helpful? |
