[Resolved] LG Electronics — complaint against taj air conditioning, (lg, service center) himayat nagar hyderabad | |||
Very bad service by lg service center taj air conditioning himayat nagar hyderabad and the service executive mr rizwan khan visited my place twice and changed the parts for which i was charged rs. 8000. Rs. 3800 first time and rs. 4200 second time within a span of 25 days but did not even give the receipt by the service center. After spending rs. 8000 it has been hardly 20 days now that again the ac is not working and when i called mr. Rizwan he said he would come but for the last 3 days has been giving me excuses but when i told him that i will have to raise a complaint against him and the service center he said that i can file an fir at the police station and also raise a complaint with lg india and said that no one can take action against him nor against the service center. I feel completely cheated and i feel that this service center is avoiding to pay the tax to the govt. And that is why have taken cash and not even provided me with the receipts so far and without even properly providing me with proper service. Was this information helpful? | |||
