Damaged freeze delivered by dealer
Two days ago i have booked lg three sixty lt freeze model no gl-cfour zero two rpzu with lg showroom tarujit sweet home pvt ltd himatnagar on fouteenth october dealer has delivered it on sixteenth october today i e seventeenth october lg representative come for installation in presence o[censored]s he opened the packing at that time we found scratches on both the door as well as on side border of door and we have also noticed that freeze was not laminated i immediately talked to dealer mr ajitbhai he replies me to change the door and he told me that he is not responsible for damaging in transportation but that is rarely possibility of damaging during transportationni m not agree with his reply
When i have bought a new freeze then why should i accept damaged freeze i m a regular customer of lg as a top leading company i didnt expect this type of mischief i have doubt that they have delivered me second hand quality product so i have denied to install freeze n packed it again u can confirm it from your installation representative
My family excited to get new freeze on diwali fest but due to your mischief they were disappointed such kind of disappointment didnt expect from such leading brand i want quick action on this Was this information helpful? |
