LG Electronics — dd motor failure of front loading washing machine

Dd motor has 10 year warranty but after visiting the team is unable to arrange the part and is asking us to buy a new machine since the lead time is high. What is warranty all about if the lead time is high lg should arrange for a washing machine for us to manage household works and source part till then rather than giving us stupid solution to buy a new machine at 15% discount. I have all lg products coz i loved the brand, my fridge etc. We’re all lg but if all this is the response i will rather buy a new samsung machine then lg. Complaint no.
