Last year 23/02/2017 i have purchased ac for our drawing room of lg dual inverter.
As we were two in family so usage was very limited during dinner or lunch.
But this summer some relative had visited to my house so we use drawing room for sleep at night as it's the only room after bedroom having ac.
But this summer i have faced water leakage from internal unit, even my entire sofa got wet due to leakage, for this i had registered first complain on 17th may 2018, since that day i have registered 10-12 complains and 15-16 engineer from lg have visited but no body able to resolve the problem.
Than i have received the contact details asm sagar pande from your side i have contacted him he has arranged one senior engineer from lg on last saturday 9th june 2018.
But still problem not resolved even now all engineers, sagar pande and himanshu balaji service center has stop attending my calls.
I want replacement of the product as piece was defected one which you had sold to me that's why your entire engineer team could not able to fix the problem.
Never expected such kind of product from such a big company like lg
