LG Electronics — defective led tv | |||
I recently buyed a lg led tv model no.32lm636bptb on 16th march 2020 from lg brand store i. E apollo sales corp. Pitampura delhi 110034 just before lockdown, and it was installed by lg own engineer on 18th march and is in warranty. On 19th-20th march i noticed led has lots of issues like screen sound remote usb not working properly and it looks refurbished led. So, i raised a complaint with lg customer care. My complaint number is rnp[protected] on 5th may 2020 after 1.5 months later engineer came to my house, After investigation by the technical person he confirmed that this led is faulty. He checked all but its still same, its just new buy i am not happy with this lg product, shame on you lg you send me refurbished product. My concern - as my lg led tv is new one and within the full one year warranty why are they not providing me a replacement. I need a replacement of my led tv or refund my money asap.
