LG Electronics — defective lg new ac not cooling after 3 months of purchase

I lodged a comaint with lg customer care of my new split ac purchased on april 2019. Lg personnel came and did nothing and told it's a gas leakage problem and went away by telling that i will receive call from lg. My problem was not resolved can a product get bad within 3 months of purchase. Lg personnel behaviour was rude and disgusting. Customer service should be of quality such disgusting professional work here i got a call from lg [protected].
My issue is not resolved my ac is not working. Please take up the issue or i will file a customer case in appropriate forum.
