LG Electronics — defective material and unprofessional services | |||
I had purchased lg washing machine "lg 6kg fl fht1006snw" on 25th june 2019, invoice # [protected] from reliance retail, r. T nagar, bangalore. By the trust on the quality of lg, we have purchased washing machine, tv, and fridge from reliance retail, but it is miserable to see unprofessional and non-technical service team who doesn't know how to install the appliances, They were rushing to complete their targets assigned for the day. They installed washing machine without removing the packing bolts due to which there was a major noise and movement due to which we were not able to use the machine, after raising complaints, technical team unable to identify the issue, from past 2 months we are not able to use the machine due to the defective piece delivered to us. I request to the lg management to take necessary action and to replace the defective material at the earliest. Your prompt and immediate action will be appreciated.
