LG Electronics — defective microwave mjen326sf | |||
I bought this product from LG-showroom, Seegahalli. The product was delivered on 11th Oct, 2019 and 12th Oct, 2019 one-person came for the demo. He himself doesn't know many things and referred to some other person. On 14th Oct, 2019 we first time tried Paneer Tikka and selected the auto-cooking mode from the menu. It automatically set the cooking time to 12 min. After 7 min It blasted with horrible sound, I ran to the kitchen and immediately switched it off. Then I saw the door glass was broken and it keeps on craking for the next 10 min. I immediatly captured the photo and called the LG-showroom from where I purchased. It was a very horrible experience and I can't imagine what could have happened. It may also catche the fire. Luckily in the end we all are safe. This product is completely unsafed and I think I wasted my whole money. The issue is not resolved yet and I tired up calling LG customer care, they don't know anyhthing and complete unprofessional behavior. Was this information helpful? | |||
