[Resolved] LG Electronics — defective product is delivered | |||
We have purchased a microwave oven from reliance digital dated 16th december 2018. The product is defective one. At the time o[censored]sing it some spark noise and smoke smell is coming from inside the oven. So we have registered a complain to customer care bearing no rnp[protected]. Technician visited and informed us that the magnetron is defective and it should be replaced. So we request you to kindly replace the product with a new one being the product is a defective one and also we are not feeling safety for using a repairable items.
