LG Electronics — defective television product sent | |||
Very disappointing from a big brand, i have recently purchased a lg television (43 inches) from croma, it is getting restarted every 3 days and croma raised a complaint and a lg technician was sent to verify as he took photos, and now he is kind of impression that tv is a month old, it is very difficult to replace the tv but they will replace a board or faulty in the tv, First of all it is a defective piece sent and how can one say that, Am waiting for reply from executive and take it further to consumer forum if now replaced the entire tv, it is a hard earned money, Not thanks, sunil Was this information helpful? | |||
