[Resolved] LG Electronics — Deficiency of Service | |||
1. I had got my old split AC relocated and installed at my residence H No 86 sector 38 Gurgaon Haryana, on 17 October 2016 vide request number RNA[protected] . 2, When I tried to activate my AC in first week of April, I realised that the gas had leaked out. When I complained to the Customer Service, I have been told that the warranty for faulty service is only for three months from the date of installation. 3. Nobody had told me of the limitation of warranty when I got the AC installed. I raise this issue as deficiency of service quality as the AC remain unutilised during the entire period and hence the fault could not have been detected during the specified period. The gas leaked out from the joint where it is connected to the external unit and it probably got leaked out in no time after installation. The only reason I did not keep checking my AC through the winters was the trust and assurance I had in the LG quality. Now I am being told that I can' rely on it for more than three months. 4. I have reached a conclusion that if LG can not maintain quality it is better to get the servicing done from street corner guy as he provides the service cheaper and gives longer warranty. I bought a new invertor series spilt AC in Feb, 2017 when I turned on I came to know it’s not cooling my room. I launched the complaint in your custcare on 30.03.2017 my complaint no. is RNP[protected]. Till date my problem is not resolved. There is simple problem of Gas leaking which LG guys unable to resolve. Very pathetic and poor service.
