Complaint marked as Resolved I called LG helpline today on 25/10/2017 at around 9:55am and told them about my discomfort. Finally they forwarded my call to one senior which they could have done earlier also and that senior made a conference call to responsible person at my district. They apologized for delay and assured me that technicians will visit the same day. Technicians visited my home at around 3:30pm and checked everything. They told me that indoor unit has leakage and need repair to be done at their service centre. They disconnected the indoor unit from power source and outdoor unit, and told me to bring indoor unit to their service centre. Let's hope everything gets well
LG Electronics customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
