[Resolved] LG Electronics — disappointed from lg air conditioner | |||
I bought the lg split air conditioner 4 yesrs back and the from 3 month of purchase i am facing quality issue in it, they repaired 2, 3 times but not succeed, once warranty gets over they quote me for replacement of cooling coil and they have done. It was my worst experice with lg product as well as service they had provided. They sold me a faulty product as am getting a cooling issue at every 3 to 4 months interval, now again they are saying that cooling coil need to be replace as there is leakage. I want to lodge complaint against lg for faulty product provided to me. Was this information helpful? | |||
