[Resolved] LG Electronics — Dispute on new lg refrigerator door and poor installation of lg split ac | |||||
Dear Team, I have purchased one refrigerator and one Split AC from Great Eastern showroom situated in Chinsurah, West Bengal, India. For the demo of refrigerator I received more than 100 calls from LG everyday from various persons. Finally the person who came for demo I show him on the door inside there are plenty pin holes. He already discussed with his department. But since yesterday action is incomplete including demo. To maintain a good business policy and customer feedback I strongly recommend you immediately replace the refrigerator and make enable to my family to understand why did we select LG product. For split AC kindly send someone and have a look on poor job by your technician. During installation time they damaged the back side of outer part (Exhausted/blower). The tubing passing through the wall hole from indoor to outdoor is completely rested on the wall which caused that weight of the AC not on hanger. Anyway, as soon as possible resolve all this issues.
