I raised a complaint ( RNP[protected] gainst my LG refrigerator cooling issue on 16th May and technician informed that issue is with compressor. Since compressor has to be replaced another technician will come. 17th may, I received a call from guy named Rahul that service center is not having compressor and it will take 4days time. Since then nobody updated me the status of compressor. When I tried reaching out technician supervisor and 1 more person, nobody picked my call. After multiple follow up I got the chance to connect with Dharmendra( supervisor), Rahul (TL) & their CCO Rahul Khanna. Veri shamelessly they mentioned that they have raised the order from Korea and will be received it by 25th May, which is again false statement given by them just to buy time. In 44 degree temperature my family is forced to have boiling water just because of pathetic service center support and faulty refrigerator sold by "LG". In less than 4 years compressor is gone, which shows their quality of product. LG India either get the compressor replaced today itself or else replace my refrigerator. I cannot bear it.
