My complain no is RNA[protected] regarding this complain repairing center says that my fridge model no is GR201TPLX IS is to old and it is not possible for us for repairing and they are not ready to give me any written. sir if a company closed his product the why should a customer hamper for company policy co should exchange the product . sir in toll free no [protected] and[protected] no reply was provided to me
sir pls solved my problem

sir till today my fridge was not repaired sir I was informed by your toll free no and your service center in guwahati that the parts is not available in company stock so that it is not possible for repair they suggest me for purchase new fridge . sir my mobile no is as follows :-9864159579 sir no document was signed by me . pls look into matter
