The refrigerator which we got 6 months back, it's freeze is not working since May 30th 2022. Engineer came and replaced the part but still it isn't working. The first request took 1 week itself. The second request still ongoing with no positive feedback:
Issues observed so far with the customer care:
1. Engineer did not acknowledge the issue on first request
2. Tried calling engineer and he kept saying he will visit tomorrow but that did not happen
3. Connect with customer care multiple times, also asked to change the engineer. They also say they will look into it but of no use
This is the worst customer experience of my life and I am regretting why I got lg. Life doesn't looks so good now. Please let me know if it can be fixed Was this information helpful? |
