It was so long journey resolving service issue of my refrigerator which has proved that one should never extend service contract of the company.
I had complained for my refrigerator in the mid september.
Technician has visited on time and checked everything and found malfunctioning of circuit.
Post 10 days of tecnician visit i got call that spare part not available for the refrigerator model and they asked me to suggest other model since my refrigerator was in the extended warranty.
It was not expected from the company like lg for non availability of spare.
Post discussion with area manager sh sumit barve regarding this issue and subsequent replacement offer given by sh. Sumit barve, i have transferred 11390.00 to lg account for replacement refrigerator.
However till date i have not received replacement product.
With this mail, i would request you to act on this issue and resolve this matter by today or refund my money and replace spare part.
