Hi sir/madam,
My name is ranjeet and my registered mobile number is [protected]. For my refrigerator there is a small issue its double door unit and top portion is freezing good but, the down portion cooling is not happening.in the month of sep 2019, nov 2019, dec 2019 and july 2020 many technicians has been visited multiple times and changed the spare parts like module timer, controller assembly and heater plate but still the problem is not resolved. They are coming to my home and experimenting with my refrigerator. There is a capability issue and also they are trying to make money and cheating me.
Last friday mr. Shamugam changed the heater plate and charged around 800 rupees, but, not provided the bill. I have called customer care multiple times also called some senior staff named ms. Monika, mr. Rajkumar and mr. Jagdish but, no action still. I have already spent more then 2000 rupees so far one by one they are kepp changing the spare parts but, no solution still. Pls trace my mobilee number you'll get the complete history of the services.
Pls help me to resolve the issue. I need to escalate it to top official in lg.
