[Resolved] LG Electronics — I placed an order, money is deducted but order is not placed due to out of stock. Money is not refunded yet. | |
Hi, I placed LG G8X mobile on lg website, it was in stock first. once the payment is done, amount is deducted but order is not placed. I have seen the message in website that " Your order is not placed due to out of stock. deducted money would be refunded" . This happened on Nov 3rd 2020, till now i didnt get any confirmation message from LG that money refund is initiated or nothing. It is also not reflecting in LG website.
