[Resolved] LG Electronics — im complaining about lg television

I have bought lg 49 smart tv in feb 18.
And took an extended warranty of 4 years from lg. Now there is problem with the panel and instead of fixing it they are asking us to buy another tv by paying the difference.
They say the panel is not available with them therefore by a new tv
Why would we pay for it when it’s under warranty and fully covered
