This complaint i have raise on 16 oct, after that technical visit scheduled which confirm that there are deal pixals in the screen but no action taken even i haven't about the result of this complaint. Somebody from backend close the complaint without any confirmation. I am a bit worried about the kind of support and service lg provide the their customer.

This i have raised again 21 dec 2019 and again technical visit schedule which again confirm the deal pixal and vertical/horizontal line which are getting worse and no action taken. Even this time i have received a call saying your complaint has been resolved, are you satisfied and i was like whaaaaaat, who and when and how did they resolve a faulty screen over the air. They gave escalation manager (Madhu [protected]) phone to talk which never pick up or call back to the customer.
Actually lg has changed my mind to go always for the brand value, i think i should have gone for any third party television maker and paid 20000 instead of lg in which i have paid 67000.in that case i have had bought three television and haven't been regretted in case there are dead pixal or the whole screen is dead.
We all know that the panel is main part of a television and if give you trouble with a year of purchasing you should be worried about quality check of the company and moreover after sale service which i feel is worst in my case.
Inside i have a feeling that this issue isn't going to be resolved by lg, instead of it i will be getting some excuse. I think i should share my experience in social networking so that people should aware of this thing. Was this information helpful? |
