I had purchased lg led 108cm 43um7300 through croma on 25th jan 2020. I had requested for the instllation on the same date and it was promised that it will happen within 48 hours. I am, yet to get someone call me /come for installation despite several reminders as on date (29th jan 2020, it is already 4 days). Request no. Assigned by croma is sr[protected] and the corresponding lg service request no. Rnp[protected]. I hope someone can help to resolve this or let me know the procedure to return the product back.
