SIR My T V as above was purchase from AKOLA Mah on dt24/06/2011 .since last one month unable to see picture due to tech prolem. complain was made no RNP[protected] BUT UNFORTUNATELY NO solution cameout when i had spent rs 90000 on the same and nobody is providing repairy and services to me due the same valuable tv is not use pl see the matter and solve my problem .thanks Advocate s.k .undal civil lines washim 444505 mah mo [protected] Was this information helpful? Wrong update given by LG Customer Care as my Complaint has been resolved. No body is came to my home and resolved problem in my TV even today is not repaired not provided any serves not providing the details and discriptive material how to the complaint is resolved. Nagpur office LG representative only contacted on phone on not provided any type of service. we are unable to use product from last 2 and half months due to negligent service. It is nothing but defeciency in service. your tolal services are delibarate and with a malafide intention to extract more amount under the behiest of such a worth and high value product causing much stress and mental harrassment by providing your wrong updates. Pl go the detaits and provide me proper services within short span of time otherwise i will constrained to take legal action against you. Hence this request cum notice for your king consideration and feedback.
