I've requested for the repair of a serious issue in my monitor once before covid and once after your service centers stated back, here are the ticker numbers cnp[protected], rnp[protected].
Both times the engineers visited and confirmed there is a problem and display needs to be replaced. But on both occasions the tickets were closed without any clarification on the tickets. When i contacted the engineers they told me that the repair request was not approved by their team leads.
The problem is serious - anything i use for more than 7 - 10 minutes remain on screen for quite some time (Called image retention). And now today it has gone worse, the monitor is automatically turning off randomly.
