We purchased LG 4k TV in Aug 2019.. and till then it has been well maintained. Last week suddenly while watching TV screen became blank.. Audio was working. We tried almost 10 - 15 times to call LG Customer Care # but executives were simply disconnected call after saying Hello..Hello couple of times.. We tested at our end and their was no network or voice issue at our end..
Finally lastly one call got connected and Customer care executive replied.. We provided all details and we were informed that in 48 hours issue will be resolved and that we will get SMS of our Complaint..
Next Day we didn't receive any SMS, we called again to Customer Care, where we were informed that our number was incorrectly entered in portal wherein the call was made from registered number and also had verbally verified number while logging Complaint... So if had not called not sure how Technician would have contacted us...
Pain dosnt end here... after this after several local calls to LG service center a Free Lancer Technician was sent at our place.. he opened TV did some test ..half screen was working fine..and said Panel problem...
But since he wasn't LG authorized Technician, we requested second opinion as it was hard to believe that in just 2 years around 50k TV panel is nonfunctional.. Again after multiple calls and follow up one Technician visited, tested and concluded same... We had no choice but to agree for Panel Replacement... Even we were informed that it was our Bad luck that we received this piece which got defected in 2 years... Which means it was manufacturing defect... but LG has no responsibility for Customer Satisfaction and Service... Till date there has been no call from LG to confirm if issue is resolved... what is the progress nothing...
After agreeing for Panel Replacement we were informed that they don't have this model and it will come from Nagpur which will take one more day... fine again agreed as had no option again... THANKS TO LG... LIFE IS REALLY GOOD!!
After waiting for one full day which is technically 4th day after Complaint raised... Again same follow up calls routine started...Firsr 12:00 clock, then 12:30, then 1:30 ... we were fooled constantly saying that it's bit delayed but should reach any moment...Finally after calling again we are informed that consignment was canceled so till this time LG was not aware that Panel has not been moved From Nagpur itself???...We were been given assurance for no reason... is this how LG fools its customers???
Till now as I am writing this Complaint... there is no resolution to our problem... there is no Panel Replacement... there is no call from LG... nothing... Worsed and highly unprofessional experience ever... Was this information helpful? |
