[Resolved] LG Electronics — lg ac purchased in march 2019 showing ch 38 error | |||
Hi, we purchased lg split ac in march 2019 and now it is showing ch 38 error. When we switch off and on again it works for around 1 hour and the same problem again. Cooling is also not good in that 1 hour. Very much disappointed with the purchase and decided not to go with lg products anymore. This ac is just 2 months and so soon there is a problem. I believe i got a defective piece. Please replace the ac or send the technician to fix this error immediately. Was this information helpful? | |||
