I log a complain with lg customer care on 15-6-20 for ac repair and within 2-3 days a man called me, came and repaired ac charged me 4000 and gave me bill for that, after 1month again ac was not working so i called again to customer care, but every time i just get call from agent but no one came to repair after knowing that it was under warrenty period, also after calling several time to lg, also request for call back from higher authority, seems no one is interested in solving problems after they got money Was this information helpful? |
