Purchased LG 168 side by side Refregirator on 12th Oct. On 13th it was installed and by evening we noticed that it was NOT functioning properly. Hence, we called LG Service center. One Technician landed and said a part has to be replaced. As it was not functioning from day one, i asked for a REPLACEMENT. Since then, it has been attended to. Very bad service. Irresponsible Area manager. No replacement even after 12 days. Paid Rs. 72000. Has no courtesy to call back customer to enquire about the problem. I had to make 20 calls to reach out to technician and dealer.
When I call up, I have been told that approval has to come and no replacement yet. They are highly irresponsive. Both Area manager (Bangalore south) and Technical Manager are very bad and rude.
Dealer keeps promising a replacement but I am running from piller to post to get this. Very bad experience Was this information helpful? |
