After repeated follow-ups of about a month,
an Unskilled engineer - who do not even know how to open the monitor,
from LG service centre in Sector 2, Rohini, Delhi was sent today
to replace the broken screen of our monitor s. no. 605NTLE82504
He did his own unsuccessfull attempts / R&D on our monitor to open the open the same to replace the screen.
Is this the service quality standards of LG, Is this why I bought a computer screen of LG, that their service engineer do not even know how to open the equipment for part replacement, and damaging / scratching these delicate equipment without any mercy, at the cost of money spent by us on the same.
A road side computer repair shop could have performed much - much better !
Leaves no doubt on the success & realiability of similar external / private independent service centers who are so user friendly / efficient / result oriented ( their only limitation being non- availability of original spare parts with them)
not like this instance of happening where the causal / beaurocratic / easygoing / non-courteous approach of service centre is taking us for a ride / kind of punishing us for purchasing an LG product !
Who will compensate us the loss of this 1 month period for not able to get our monitor repaired even by the LG service center - pls note that this is a computer screen, and we could not work our computer in this 1 month period.
How can LG allow such non- profeesssional / irresponsble repair centers to operate?
Are such repair centers of LG there to solve consumer complaints or to just make fool of them and enjoy their salaries at the cost of customer’s’ money.
I am now quite afraid / freigtened to purchase any more of LG products, because for any service support I am absolutely not willing to repeat my such above experience.
