LG Electronics — lg led 47ln5400 tv issue

I had brought tv 4 years back i had also purchased extended warranty for the same. It is having display issues and i have logged complain for the same with lg in warranty period. I am told that the parts are not available for this model and i am given buyback offer the offer given looks like slap on my face for buy lg tv. The value of my tv is less than 50% in just 4 years and the extended warranty offered by lg is a joke as it is of no use since the parts are not available.

Request you to look into this matter and guide else me if you think nothing can be done in this case please let me know on which office address should i courier my tv
