LG Electronics — lg microwave- poorest service and incompetent technician | |||
I am using lg microwave rarely and one day it stopped working. I compliant to lg care on 30th june and technician visited the place after 16 days on 16th july. After that he said the some part has got problem it will be replaced, after 10 days he came back with 2 pcb and replaced both of them and charged me more than 2000 rs. Including service visit charge for such a bad service. Even though problem is partially solved and they have closed previous complaint without my consent. Now i have to open a new complaint on 27th july which is pending. Lg has worst service among all home appliance companies available till now. I suggest not to use lg products anymore as you will suffer a lot due to very horrible quality and in-competent technician service. I have escalated the complaint on email/social media but they stick to there bad response Was this information helpful? | |||
