LG Electronics — lg monitor not replaced even after 21 days of complaints

I had purchased 19inch lg monitor in december 2016 with three years warranty.in the month of september 2017 the monitor currepted and complaint done with[protected] on 19 september. Technician visited and recommended for replacement after that my complaint was closed on 25th without solving the issue, once again i had re complaints with[protected] on 26 september. The lucknow service center assured me that after dashahara they resolve the issue. Now it is high time till 10 october my monitor not replaced. Today once again assured early resolution of issue. I feel they are delaying the replacement, at lucknow no body tacking the responsibility to resolve the issues. This type of delaying tactic by lucknow staff of lg services center can not be appropriated.
