LG Electronics — lg nexus 5x. bootloop issue after update. lg poor customer care reply and service center wont take in request | |||
Facts of issue. 1. Updated my lg nexus 5x to noughat 7.1.2. It updated successfully. 2. The very next day boot loop issue started. 3. I took to the lg authourised service centre. They give all excuses such as A. Warranty period over, you have to pay for software installation and also the phone may go dead. B. And you would have not installed the update properly.. He means the official update.. 3. Then contacted customer care. They tell no warranty for software. And i just wanted to know do you think the customers are a joke?? A update is provided by google and lg is approving and giving to its customers and of there is bloat in the software.. Who is responsible?? Customer?? Or should i ask google for it?? And how can lg that it is not responsible for the software and no warranty. There is no proper reply by the customer care. Lame excuse by authorised service center. Please dont take a customer for a ride.. This is very unpleasant on part of lg. If you consider me as a valuable customer, address the problem immediately Was this information helpful? | |||
